Install a new stand-alone Gunite 7'x7' spa with automatic cover, plumbed to existing pool drywell, and spa equipment located near existing pool equipment. Construct a new pool patio approx. 432 sq. ft.' which includes patio around pool (approx. 80 sq. ft.') coping and replace existing paver patio with Bluestone approx. 490 sq. ft.', all as shown and outlined on survey. Special Conditions: Patio must be bonded and inspection required. Existing pool drywell to be used. Original electrical underwriter certificate, updated final survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked and must meet all requirements of the current NYS Uniform Code, and all other applicable regulations prior to issuance of CO.
