Foundation and framing to remain - interior walls, and furnishings demolished as needed and rebuilt. Vinyl siding and gutters on left side of house to be replaced, new flooring, insulation, and interior doors and trim to be furnished and installed throughout all demolished areas. New electrical and HVAC systems will be installed up to code, with all drywall primed and painted, including basement, as needed. The kitchen will be outfitted with new plumbing, cabinets, and countertops, finished with tile backsplash.
