Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Residential Service Equipment not exceeding a rating of 200 amps WITH NO INCREASE IN SERVICE SIZE as per Residential Service Equipment EZ Standard. Complete rewire of existing residential electrical system, including existing receptacles, switches, and lighting throughout the first floor, kitchen, bedrooms, and basement. All devices to remain in existing locations. Fish wires or use of conduit, wire mode. Install two (2) hardwired smoke detectors and three (3) hardwired combination smoke/carbon monoxide detectors with required interconnection. Provide AFCI protection as required. Replace existing 100-amp electrical service equipment with new 100-amp service equipment, including required grounding and bonding.
