Accessory Structure

Demolish existing accessory sleeping structure and construct a 760 sq. ft.' accessory sleeping structure-Pool House with 214 sq. ft.' patio as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Foundation survey must be submitted showing setbacks prior to framing. As per SCDHS reg.# R-20-1553 for max of six bedrooms in dwelling and one in Accessory. No cooking or full kitchen allowed in pool house. Outdoor shower needs to drain into separate drywell, and a DRYWELL inspection is required. All doors within pool enclosure to have UL2017 approved alarms and all windows within pool enclosure to have sash limiters. Slab edge insulation required. All near shore district regulations apply. Final updated survey showing all improvements with setbacks marked & SCDHS Green Stamped survey showing connections, blower door/duct blast test results from Hers Rater and original electrical underwriter's certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
