Remove existing furnace, condensing unit, and coil and dispose of, remove oil tanks, cut, and cap oil lines, install new furnace in same location, adapt new furnace to existing ductwork, install gas line from furnace area to rear of house, install new air conditioning coil to same location, install new line set, install new water heater in same location, tie into existing thermostat and wiring to function as variable speed, wire humidifier to run automatically. After installation, start system and check operation to confirm maximum performance and efficiency.
