Residential Service Equipment not exceeding a rating of 200 amps WITH NO INCREASE IN SERVICE SIZE as per Residential Service Equipment EZ Standard. Replace existing 100 AMP electrical service with new 100-amp service and a 30 circuit panel, install 6 arc-fault breakers, replace 2 3-way switches, install 1 dedicated circuit for dining room area, install 1 dedicated circuit for fridge, install 4 flush mount LED fixtures in basement, install 3 carbon monoxide detectors one in each floor, replace 1 exterior fixture in front porch, replace 8 receptacles throughout the property, install 1 dedicated circuit for master bedroom, install 1 dedicated circuit for middle bedroom, replace 8 toggle switches throughout the property. (** WORK WILL BE DONE BY FISHING WIRE.**)
