Residential Alteration Permit

Replace damaged joists, framing and sheathing on the back side of the house from a fire. Install new cedar shakes on the exterior back section where sheathing is repaired. Install 37 new windows to replace existing. Install all new electrical wiring and devices back to the existing panel in areas that have been demoed in the house (By others - Electrician will apply for a separate permit) and replace all plumbing fixtures and valves in all 3 kitchens and bathrooms and replace 1 boiler with new (By others - Plumber will apply for a separate permit). Install new insulation in the walls and attic where it was demoed and all new sheetrock.
