Construct an 18' x 50' in-ground Gunite pool with custom step & integrated Gunite Spa design as per Raymond Renault A11.2 plans dated 3.9.26 & stamped by JPCE Engineering dated 10.5.26. Special Conditions: As per all terms & conditions of wetlands permit Resolution #28-2024 & NYSDEC application dated August 10, 2022, #1-4732701141/00001. Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinance & conditions apply. No dewatering allowed. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of excavation & remain in place throughout construction until final fencing is installed within ninety days. All windows withing pool enclosure needs sash limiters & all exterior doors within pool enclosure must have UL2017 approved alarms installed. Water receipt, updated final survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked & original electrical underwriter certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
