Remove existing ga boiler and replace with new Weil McLain; remove existing gas furnace and condenser; remove and replace the existing gas furnace with a new indoor A/R handler equipped with a hot water hydronic heating coil. Replace with new American Standard equipment. Second floor system: remove and replace existing A/R Handler and condenser and replace with new American Standard System; disconnect refrigerant piping, pressure test
