Commercial Alteration Permit

Roof replacement (re-roof, no structural changes) at 196 Russ St, 3-unit residential building - Sunrun job 231R-196SMEL. Low-slope roof (approx. 9 degree pitch): tear off 1 layer of existing asphalt shingles on 4 roof planes. Remove and replace rotted roof sheathing with 1/2" CDX plywood (approx. 51 sheets). Install Owens Corning DeckSeal rolled roofing system, approx. 17 squares (1,700 sq ft): base sheet mechanically fastened to deck, cap sheet with heat-welded seams. Ice & water shield 6 ft at eaves. Replace pipe boots and roof vents, re-flash as needed, replace 1.5" drip edge as needed. Galvanized roofing nails. Debris removed via on-site dumpster.
