Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Service o Reorganize/rearrange existing breakers within main panel C1 to accommodate following new circuits. o Install (5) dedicated 20A lines for future tenant beer refrigerators o Install (2) dedicated 20A lines for walk-in cooler boxes o Install (2) dedicated 30A and 20A lines for heating and cooling equipment • Equipment o Install new bathroom wiring per Arch layouts. o Add baseboard heater utilizing existing baseboard unit and line. o Retain all existing baseboard heaters, remove units/reconfigure as needed. • Life Safety o Maintain existing exit and emergency lighting lines and install a new exit/emergency light in new bathroom. ALL WORK IS TO BE DONE ACCORDING TO APPROVED DRAWINGS-2017 NEC. **NO FIRE ALARM ON THIS PERMIT**
