Residential - Roofing

Remove all layers of shingles, replace any compromised plywood. Ice & Water barrier installed on bottom 6ft, 3ft in valleys and wall transitions. Tape remaining plywood seams with 4in butyl tape, then cover that area with synthetic underlayment. Replace boot flanges. Edging to be used around perimeter of roof. Roof house with limited lifetime OC architectural asphalt shingles.
