Residential roof replacement (re-roof, no structural work) at 49 Musket Trail - Sunrun job 231R-049MERZ. Tear off 1-2 layers of existing asphalt shingles and felt on main house (7 roof planes, approx. 7/12 pitch). Replace rotted decking as needed. Install ice & water shield at all eaves and valleys, 1 layer synthetic underlayment, and approx. 32 squares Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles. Replace pipe boots/vents and re-flash, install ridge cap, replace 1.5in drip edge. Debris removed via on-site dumpster. Contractor: Hogan Construction Inc., CT HIC.0657272. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Underlayment pictures are to be uploaded to portal before final inspection is scheduled.
