Install a Heil Mainline M#G97VTN06017 97% gas furnace with a Heil M#EVM5X36M17 3 ton evaporator coil and a Heil M#B5A8T36 Mainline 2 stage condenser using 454B refrigerant. Ductwork consists of 7 supplies and 2 returns for the first floor and 7 supplies and 4 returns for 2nd floor and 2 supplies and one return in master bedroom zone. An EWC 3 zone system with panel, dampers, by-pass damper and regular non-programmable thermostats will be installed that will control 1st floor, 2nd floor and Master bedroom. Price includes: condensate pump, lineset for condenser, pvc for venting, condensate and low voltage wiring. Install humidifier.
