Roof tear off and replacement of existing roof systems with a combined roof area of approximately 60' x 50' (3,000 square feet). *Complete removal and disposal of the existing roofing systems down to the existing substrate. • Furnish and install Carlisle SynTec InsulBase Grade II (20 PSI) Polyiso Insulation. • Furnish and install a Carlisle SynTec 45-mil Sure-Seal EPDM membrane. • Install a fully tapered insulation system to provide positive drainage. • Install two scuppers at the rear of the building. • Provide and install a cricket to divert water toward the rear scuppers and improve drainage. • Complete roof installation as per code and the Carlisle manufacturer's installation instructions.&nbsp; &nbsp; *** Attached Neg.
