Repair and re-waterproof easement stair. PERMIT CONDITIONS: - In addition to scheduling inspections with our office, the Architect/engineer of record needs to sign off on all inspections prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. Please submit Architect/engineer sign off with your CO application. - Third party inspection to be done by others. - Stairway can be closed so the work can be completed all at once. Proper signage and barricades are required. - Walkway will need to be accessible at all time, to allow access to the lobby area. - Need to get Village Administrator permission to work after hours and/or on weekends/holidays.
