- Install new ducted air system in open basement of ranch home - Install new air handler vertically with return drop box - Install new sealed insulated air balanced duct system for 1158 sq ft first floor with supply air registers for each room and (2) returns - Install new outdoor condensing unit on pad behind right side of house in back yard - Run new refrigerant line-set from air handler to condensing unit and charge to manufacturer specification - Install new smart thermostat - Return after remodel work is complete to finalize installation and install registers and grilles - Start-up system and check operation to confirm maximum performance and efficiency - Register manufacturer's warranty
