For the replacement of 2 HVAC SYSTEMS . Unit 1 Installation of 60k BTU gas furnace, 92 % efficiency with 2 Ton coil and condenser. Unit 2 Installation of 60k BRU gas furnace, 92% efficiency with 2 Ton coil and condenser. Both condensing units to be located on the backyard. No duct work will be performed.
