From the filingstrip entire roof, cover entire roof with ice and water. install new arc. shingles. six nails per shingle. square count approximately 10 remove tube install new handycap shower unit. remove siding. install new house rap,tape all seams. install new 3/8 ths insulation board, tape all seams. install new double 4 siding. cover all trim with aluminum. install new bulk head door. **10.21.26 - Request from contractor received to withdraw permit as work will not be done any longer. Advised we needed written communication directly from the homeowner requesting the permit withdrawl. Also, will be submitting request to finance for a refund check to be issued in the amount of $202.25.**
