Filing permit in order to have the OATH/ECB Violation Number: 39168457M that has been issued to the store remedied/removed as per the inspectors notes. Inspector notes to obtain proper electrical permit. There are 3 round waterproof boxes with waterproof sockets and bulbs that light up sign. We will remove the three current lights in order for sign permit and inspection. We will re-install the three lights once the new sign has been inspected and certified.
