EZ PERMIT DUCTWORK & WARM-AIR APPLIANCES- For the installation of New Ductwork, Registers/Grilles/Diffusers, and Warm-Air Appliances as per attached standards. Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans. Confirmed new condenser will be located in rear, behind existing fence, via email with applicants (10/30/2026). Except for new condenser behind fence in rear yard, no other exterior work permitted as part of this permit. No work to the front facade as part of this permit. Install all new HVAC, 1x new ducted heat pumps and 1x new ducted gas system (2x total) Installing 8x vents and register covers to each of the 2 systems (16x total).
