Building - Deck

Building a new construction deck which is 192 sq ft. The deck is 16 ft going down the house(ledger board)side. Facing away from house left side goes out 16ft then comes over to the right 8ft coming back towards the house 8 ft going to the left facing house 8 ft going right towards house 8 ft. Basically deck is 16x8 ft box with an 8x8 ft box going out 1 side of the end of the 16x8. Pic of deck included. Attaching ledger board to house with Simpson strong ties sides screws. With proper flashing and water and ice to prevent water. Ledger screws will be staggered 12 inches on center length of complete board. Also there will be 5 sauna footings 6 ft apart buried to spec of 42 inches 3 on end of 16x8 box and 2 on end of 8x8 box for 5 6x6 pressure treated posts.
