REPAIR/REPLACE

SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Front porch reconstruction. Replace wood framing joists, beams, deck, posts, and railings on existing concrete piers. New PT lumber, 36in white spindled railing. Covered porch roof and footprint unchanged. 2. Sewage stack replacement. New 4in PVC stack, insulated, in back-right corner from basement through 2nd-floor bathroom. Under separate plumbing permit. 3. Kitchen plumbing relocation. Move 1st-floor kitchen rough-ins from back-right to back-left wall. Under separate plumbing permit. 4. Electrical rewiring and panel replacement. Replace all wiring and basement breaker panel. Run dedicated circuit stubbed for a future outdoor mini-split (no equipment installed under this permit). Under separate electrical permit. 5. Insulation and drywall. R-15 batt in existing 2x4 stud cavities, 1/2in gypsum board, taped and finished. Siding and sheathing undisturbed. 6. Interior opening at sitting alcove. Remove non-load-bearing wall section between 1st-floor living/dining and front-left 6'x4' alcove. Builder to confirm non-load-bearing before demolition. No structural alterations, no change to footprint or envelope. All work per 2020 RCNYS.
