Work Order Type: *EXISTING CUSTOMER HVAC Installati­ons OTHER Plumbing Scope of work: 1) 1ST floor laundry room -Install 1- 40-gallon water heater, Vent into chimney, water lines, shut offs, As per code. 2) Install new water heater pan with drain as per code. 3) Fix water lines in basement/ around meter area plus Shut off. 4) Fix heat line in hallway near the open wall. 5) Attic-Inst­all furnace 80% 80,000 btu with flue venting into current B-Vent, add needed ductwork adapters and cold air return as per codes. 6) Install smoke/carb­on detector 110v with battery backup as per code. 7) Permit. 8) Parts/Labo­r/Permit $6480.00 no tax. NOTE: any additional work will be quoted prior to starting. Note: Electric must be on and useable in all areas needed
