Restoration Proposal Scope of Work Front Gable Wall Restoration Mann Roofing & Remodeling will perform a complete tear-off and restoration of the front gable roof and lower wall transition area where the existing cedar shake siding is installed. The scope of work includes: * Complete tear-off and disposal of the existing roofing materials on the front gable roof down to the roof decking. * Complete removal and disposal of the existing cedar shake siding on the lower wall section where the roof slope transitions into the exterior wall. * Inspect the wall sheathing. Install new plywood sheathing where required to provide a solid, code-compliant substrate. *Installation of single white vinyl siding at lower slanted section * Install a new weather-resistant vapor barrier over the exterior wall. * Install insulated fanfold backer board to provide a smooth, energy-efficient surface for the new siding. * Install new scalloped Cedar impression Siding siding to best match the existing home. Color selected is white * Install new PVC exterior trim around the window for a durable, maintenance-free finish. Flat Roof Replacement Above Window The existing flat roof section above the window will be completely removed and replaced. This work includes: * Complete tear-off and disposal of the existing flat roofing system down to the roof deck. * Inspection of the decking with replacement of deteriorated wood as needed (additional charges may apply if extensive deterioration is discovered). * Installation of a new two-ply self-adhered modified bitumen roofing system, installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications. * Installation of all necessary drip edge, flashing, termination details, and sealants to ensure a watertight roofing system. * Proper tie-in of the new flat roof to the adjacent roofing and wall systems.
