Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans. Replace the existing unit with the same type: 97% AFUE Gas Furnace, 80,000 BTU; no new ductwork.NO NEW DUCTWORK IS PART OF THIS PERMIT, APPLIANCE REPLACEMENT LIKE IN KIND ONLY.
