Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

• Replace all interior lighting in existing locations with LED fixtures. Provide emergency lighting as needed. • Provide GFCIS to meet code requirements. • Replace exhaust fans or provide new ones as indicated. At bathrooms provide continuous run with boost for tenant use. • Replace and/or add including smoke and CO alarms. • Power to be provided as needed for access control intercoms (to be replaced by security vendor). • Replace all outlets and switches as well as cover plates throughout buildings. Provide grounding as needed. • Provide power where needed for security camera system (by security vendor) Installation shall comply with 2020 NEC.
