Electrical — New Construction

Install electrical service, including wiring and equipment as required with proper grounding and bonding for a mixed-use high rise building. Provide electrical wiring throughout the building, including installation of lighting fixtures, switches, exit signs, emergency lighting, telecommunication wiring and receptacles outlets. Install branch circuits to supply power to appliances, HVAC equipment and elevators. Install interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Furnish and install a fire alarm system. All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2017 NEC, 2016 NFPA 72 and per approved plans.
