T an existing multi family dwelling remove upper and lower front porch guarding and all trim   Cut back 2 feet of plywood deck for architect examination. Recover side holes and install temporary guarding. Once plans are ready a separate permit will be submitted for new work and reinstalling the saved guarding and vinyl trims.
