Furnish and install one (1) Tempstar two-stage, 120,000 BTU input, 96% AFUE natural gas furnace in the commercial mechanical space, connected to the building's single central return air system. Work includes fabrication and installation of approximately 80 linear feet of supply/return sheet metal ductwork, high-efficiency PVC intake/exhaust venting with condensate management, gas piping connection, electrical/low-voltage tie-in, start-up/commissioning, and all associated permits and inspections. -Sheet metal supply/return ductwork, fabrication & installation (approx. 80 linear ft, insulated as required) -Central return air connection — tie-in to (1) existing central return plenum, incl. transitions & filter rack -PVC intake/exhaust venting for high-efficiency condensing furnace, incl. termination kit & condensate drain/pump -Gas line connection, sediment trap, shut-off valve & leak test -Electrical hook-up (disconnect, low-voltage control wiring, thermostat connection) -Removal & disposal of existing equipment (if applicable) -Installation labor (2-man crew, commercial rooftop/mechanical room install) -Start-up, combustion analysis, 2-stage commissioning & system balancing -Permit & inspection fee (City of Buffalo mechanical permit)
