Install Klaus Larsen Roofing Flat Roofing System: Remove and replace the existing roofing and flashing along the lower sloped roof sections transitioning from the previously installed metal roof to the parapet walls. Work includes new rubber roofing, complete roof-to-wall flashing, custom-fabricated metal transitions, and new coping caps. Additional snow guards will be added behind steeple to help snow melt before sliding down and causing potential leaks behind Steeple. These areas extend around a substantial portion of the building’s perimeter and require extensive specialized labor, detailed waterproofing, and precision metal fabrication.
