RESIDENTIAL - ALTERATIONS/RENOVATIONS

Install full perimeter sub-floor trench drain basement waterproofing system to sump pump. (106 ft). Install Cleanspace wall system. Remove existing concrete laundry pad. Install Rockwell egress window w/2 well duct window drains. Install drywell stormwater retention system for sump pump discharge. - Amendment approved 10/19/26 to include discharging stormwater from sump pump to drywell cultic chambers. Install x3 soakaway drywell chambers instead of cultec chambers to avoid damages that may be caused by an excavator. Soakaway chambers are installed with filter fabric and crushed stone with a spring loaded overflow emitter. Capacity = 50 gal.
