DEMOLITION

Demolition existing dwelling, in-ground pool, and deck. Special Conditions: Wilt fencing required to prevent debris from entering wetlands. Swimming pool water must be drained out into drywells or water truck. Electric must be safely disconnected by utility company. (PSEG) and we will need a PSEG disconnect letter prior to start of demo.
