Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

• Replace all interior lighting in existing locations with LED fixtures. Provide emergency lighting as needed. • Provide GFCIS to meet code requirements. • Replace exhaust fans or provide new ones as indicated. At bathrooms provide continuous run with boost for tenant use. • Replace all outlets and switches as well as cover plates throughout buildings. Provide grounding as needed. • Replacement of common-area and exterior lighting, including emergency egress lighting and exit signage. Installation shall comply with 2020 NEC.
