This is a septic-system excavation/sitework project requiring a 10% bid guaranty capped at $20,000 and use of College-furnished bid forms. A pre-bid conference is strongly encouraged on September 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET; bidders must request the specifications to become registered specification holders, with PDF specifications returned only to the submitted email address, and submit an originally signed sealed bid by hand or mail—not electronically—to Building B, Room 300B by September 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET.
