RFQS – Master Agreements for Priority Marine Rehabilitation on a Work Order Basis – New York and New Jersey Marine Terminals

This is an online RFQS for six-year master work-order agreements for priority marine rehabilitation, with ranges up to $2,500,000 and greater than $2,500,000. Submittals are due online by December 31, 2029 at 2:00 PM ET and must include the executed Terms of Discussion, Contractor’s Qualification Statement, and Agreement of Terms and Conditions; TWIC cards and 20% MBE, 10% WBE, and 3% SDVOB participation requirements apply. Bid bonds are required with future work orders, while performance and payment bonds are determined before award; no site visit is currently anticipated.
