Scope
This is a statewide lead-wipe inspection and testing contract requiring EPA Lead Safe or equivalent certification, prevailing-wage compliance, and commercial, automobile, workers’ compensation, disability, and other insurance coverage; subcontracting is not allowed. No pre-bid conference or site visit is required; questions are due Tuesday, 09/22/26 at 3:00 PM ET, and bids are due October 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET, preferably by email, with hard-copy submission also allowed by mail, hand delivery, overnight carrier, or certified mail.
