T&M I – Rebid: Maintenance and Repair Contracts (Masonry Repairs & Installations and Plastering), 2026-2027 School Year

Sealed bids for masonry repairs/installations and plastering are due September 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET and require $2,500 bid security. Submit them to the Office of the Business Administrator at the Board’s offices, endorsed “Maintenance and Repair Work,” identifying the contract package and using the applicable proposal forms; bidders need current New Jersey DPMC prequalification and applicable package classification, and bidders and subcontractors must hold current New Jersey Department of Labor registration. Optional, limited site visits may be arranged, bid documents are available at the business administrator’s offices 9:00 A.M.–4:00 P.M., and the notice states no prevailing-wage, insurance, mandatory-walkthrough, or question-deadline requirement.
