This is a $5,728,379 electrical upgrade subject to a Project Labor Agreement, with required 30% minority and 6.9% female participation goals per skilled craft. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting is required on August 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET, and all attendees must be pre-registered by 2:00 PM on August 25, 2026; only attending contractors’ bids will be accepted.
