Scope
This is an urban design services solicitation for Design Professionals, with required commercial general liability, automobile, workers’ compensation, and $3,000,000 professional liability insurance for the selected proposer, plus 6% SDVOB, 15% MBE, and 15% WBE goals. The August 17, 2026 pre-proposal meeting requires RSVP at least 24 hours in advance, questions are due August 21, 2026 by 3:00PM EST, and proposals are due September 16, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET. Submit separate Technical and Cost Proposals in PDF by email to the designated addresses; hard copy and fax submissions are not accepted, and no budget is listed.
