repairs to family room, in-law apartment, repairs to roof and upper gable wall, replacement of roofing shingles in area of framing repairs, replace 1 window and cedar shake siding. interior work is replace insulation as needed replace drywall, replace flooring as needed reinstall pellet stoves (2) into existing locations. electrical and plumbing permits to be applied for by licensed contractors. we are replacing the rafters of the left side lower roof. rafters are 2x8-19'9" long roof is 10'2" wide. we will replace the shingles ,ice & water and tarpaper as well on this roof only. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. Provided roofing underlayment pictures before final inspection. 2.
