(1) 60x160 pole tent to be installed at Westminster School on Friday May 15th for use on Monday 5/18 for their Spring Formal and then again on 5/23 for commencement. Tent to be use at Spring Formal for large dance floor and no more than 80 students seated at round tables plus some candy/food. Commencement will be a stage and rows of chairs. Temporary string lights to be used for the 5/18 event but no lighting being provided by us for the commencement event. Tent will be staked into ground. Removal will occur Sunday 5/24 or later. 40' of sides will be hung only behind stage. Zoning conditions are as follows: 1.) No changes to size or location can take place without zoning approval. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
