The plumbing application covers updates to the existing plumbing as part of a retrofit to a single-family residence. Work on the first floor will include updating the bathroom to remove a vent for the tub by increasing to a 2-inch drain and relocating the kitchen sink. The project will also include rough plumbing for laundry and a bathroom in the second-floor attic space so that the area is prepared for a future finished living space.
