We are renovating a portion of the second floor of our home. We will be adding 361 Sq ft of additional floor space as well as adding an additional bathroom. Please see detailed plans attached for more information. The garage/mud room seen on the architect drawings is not part of this application and will be done in a future project phase. There is no additional building coverage being added at this point in time. Please note the proposed coverage in the A2 survey is for adding the garage/mudroom which has zoning variance approval already but is not part of this project. I have included variance just for information purposes only.
