^Phase 1 of project includes renovating the 2nd floor of our house and adding 2 bedrooms plus a bathroom. Phase 2 (done in a couple years) will be adding a garage plus reconfiguring a driveway to exit on Tahmore Dr rather than Lake Hills right of way.
