The restaurant is expanding from approximately 3322 SF to approximately 4744 SF by connecting into the adjacent interior tenant space through two new interior openings. Scope is interior only, no change to the building footprint, no new exterior openings or facade changes, and no change of use. The use remains a sit-down restaurant.
