Existing tenant BORA Restaurant is expanding into approx. 1700 sqft that is currently under final architectural design documents that a separate permit will be applied for. As building owners we are required to deliver the existing space demised. Our scope of work shown on the attached drawing is to remove one existing door restoring the 1 HR rating between spaces. Some minor fire caulking will be done above the ceiling. No demo included. I was told by Chris to apply for this work under MECHANICAL REPAIR RESIDENTIAL - there is not a selection for Commercial repairs.
