There are (2) separate buildings located on one parcel (1106-1110 Main street). The scope of work is the same for both buildings. Remove and replace the existing windows, HVAC system and centralized hot water system. Provide a new fully electrical geothermal heating/cooling system with integrated hot water tanks. Insulate the existing flat roof and provide new TPO roof system. Patch and repair any damaged gypsum board and finishes.
