Add 18 New EV chargers to an existing parking lot. Provide a new EV electrical pad to power the new EV chargers and provide a pad based transformer to provide upgraded power to the (2) existing buildings. This work will require electrical trenching for EV and building service upgrades. After completion of electrical trenching the parking lot will be repaired, resurfaced and re-striped.
