Install 15 amp and 40 amp 208 volt three phase circuit breaker in place of 20 amp and 35 amp 208 volt three phase circuit breaker in LPEM124A panel board. Replaced 15 amp circuit breaker Could not replace 35 amp circuit breaker due to 10 ga conductors on circuit breaker, 10 ga conductors are listed to be protected by a 30 amp maximum over current device (circuit breaker or fuse) 8 gauge conductors should have been installed. Existing conduit is 1/2”. Three 8 gauge current conductors and 10 gauge equipment grounding conductor requires a 3/4” conduit, A/C RTU disconnect was also rated for 30 amps maximum, and fed with a 1/2 non metallic liquid-tite whip through a roof curb. Quoted complete job, install new 8 ga copper conductors, new 3/4” conduit to RTU, large junction box, new metallic liquid-tite through roof curb, 60 amp heavy duty, three phase 250 volt waterproof non-fusible disconnect. Provided separate estimate for required 120 volt weather resistant GFCI receptacle and heavy duty in use weather proof cover. If existing receptacle is within 20 feet, work will not be required. Install 20 amp circuit, weather, resistant, GFCI receptacle, weatherproof box and heavy duty in use cover Estimate only valid if installed in conjunction with with of 40 amp RTU circuit. Safety codes require a 20 amp GFCI protected receptacle within 25 feet of any RTU.
